If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do it 24 hours in advance.
Anything under 24 hours is considered a late cancellation and will result in a 50% service fee.
Your spot is valuable — please respect the time we’ve carved out just for you.

If you’re running late, shoot us a message ASAP.
At 10–15 minutes late, we may have to shorten your service.
At 15+ minutes, your appointment turns into a reschedule and a late fee/partial service charge may apply.
We love creativity — just not creative excuses for being late.
